How to use?

• Verify kit contents and ensure room temperature (15–30°C) prior to testing.
• Unseal the buffer-containing extraction tube and place it on a clean workstation.
• Collect specimen with the swab from the cat's eye, nose or mouth; rotate the swab more than 10 times.
• Close the buffer tube cap, remove the test device from the foil pouch and place on a flat surface.
• Add three drops (≈90 μl) of extracted specimen vertically into the specimen well (S) of the cassette.
• Read the result at 5–10 minutes; results are invalid after 15 minutes.

Interpretation of Results

• Positive (+): Both control (C) and test (T) lines visible, regardless of T line intensity.
• Negative (−): Only the control (C) line visible.
• Invalid: No colored line at the control (C) region; test must be repeated.
