Advanced Stirling cooling technology
The ULF-25 utilizes a free-piston Stirling freezer system that cools by cyclically compressing and expanding helium gas within a sealed mechanism, eliminating the need for conventional compressor technology. With fewer moving components, Stirling cooling offers lower vibration, quieter operation, greater reliability, and reduced maintenance than traditional compressor-based freezers. The system rapidly reaches -86°C, maintains stable temperatures within ±1°C, and consumes an average of only 75 W during steady operation. The design uses environmentally friendly working gas and includes intelligent temperature monitoring and integrated high/low temperature alarms to support sustainable, long-term ultra-low temperature storage.
