Dental Simulator for Oral Surgery Training with Augmented Reality
The anatomical skull model with maxilla and mandible by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of instructors, students, and professionals working in oral surgery, implant dentistry, and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Ideal for practical training, workshops, hands-on courses, and in-office demonstrations, this simulator allows for the practice of more than 15 procedures with a high degree of realism, integrating Augmented Reality technology to enhance visual and anatomical learning.
With a detailed anatomical structure and strength similar to that of human bone (type 2), the model features gums simulating soft tissue, radiopaque impacted teeth, and an articulated support that allows for natural movements of opening, closing, and tilting the mouth.
It features a maxillary sinus with a flexible membrane, palatal and mandibular torus, exostoses, a bucco-sinus communication, and a lateral view exposing the TMJ, enabling comprehensive training and educational explanations for both students and patients.
It can be cut and drilled using real surgical instruments. It provides safe, repetitive training aligned with good bioethical practices.
