Dental simulator for training in implant dentistry and implant-supported prosthetics.
The anatomical maxillary model with gum tissue by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of dental faculty, students, and professionals working in implant dentistry, oral surgery, and prosthodontics. Ideal for practical classes, workshops, in-person or distance learning courses, and hands-on training, this simulator allows for training ranging from implant placement to the selection of prosthetic components and the fabrication of the prosthesis, with a high degree of realism.
With strength and perforation characteristics similar to human bone (type 2 density) and a molded anatomy, the model allows for the use of real instruments, providing safe, repetitive training that adheres to bioethical principles.
The maxilla features planned edentulous areas for clinical training: 11 (intact open socket), 13, 22 (socket with a defect in the alveolar plate), 25, 26, and 27, allowing for the simulation of different rehabilitation scenarios.
