Dental Simulator for Training in Guided Tissue Regeneration (GTR)
The cross-sectional anatomical skull model by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of instructors, students, and professionals working in implant dentistry, periodontics, and oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Ideal for practical training, workshops, hands-on courses, in-person classes, and distance learning, this simulator allows for the practice of Guided Tissue Regeneration (GTR), bone grafts, and preparation of recipient sites with a high degree of realism.
Manufactured with mechanical properties similar to human bone (type 2), the model features:
- Maxilla with teeth 11, 12, 21, and 22 missing, a reabsorbed area for GTR, and an alveolar defect between teeth 21 and 22
- Maxillary sinus with a flexible membrane, allowing for advanced simulation
- Mandible missing teeth 35, 36, 37, 45, 46, and 47, with resorbed areas for regeneration
- Lateral view with exposure of the TMJ for educational explanations
- Complete anatomical structures: TMJ, zygomatic, auricular, and occipital
Allows for cutting, drilling, milling, and the use of real surgical instruments. The articulated support enables opening, closing, and tilting, ensuring ergonomics and the ability to work with both hands.
