Dental simulator for training in oral surgery, implant dentistry, and soft tissue suturing.
The anatomical model of a complete mandible with teeth, a flexible cylindrical alveolar nerve, and simulated gums by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of dental educators, students, and professionals working in implant dentistry, oral surgery, and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Ideal for practical classes, workshops, hands-on sessions, and in-office demonstrations, this simulator enables the practice of surgical procedures with a high degree of realism in both in-person and distance learning settings.
With a detailed anatomical structure and mechanical properties similar to human bone, the model can be drilled, cut, and worked on to simulate real techniques using surgical instruments. A key feature is the coating that simulates soft tissue (gums), allowing for safe, repeatable, and ethically sound training in incision, detachment, and suturing.
Additionally, it articulates with all maxilla models in the line, expanding the possibilities for rehabilitation, planning, and clinical demonstrations.
