Dental Simulator for Training in Oral Surgery and Implant Dentistry
The anatomical model of the skull with a longitudinal section (right side) by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of dental faculty, students, and professionals working in oral and maxillofacial surgery, implant dentistry, periodontics, and prosthodontics.
Ideal for hands-on training, workshops, courses, in-office demonstrations, and distance learning, this simulator enables the practice of surgical approaches, implant planning, and maxillary sinus procedures with a high degree of realism, both in in-person and distance learning settings.
With detailed internal anatomy, including the maxillary and frontal sinuses, and mechanical properties similar to those of human bone, the model allows for the performance of osteotomies, perforations, surgical cuts, and the placement of plates and screws using real surgical instruments.
The integrated support block enables secure attachment to a 360° articulated vise (code 5027), ensuring stability, repeatability of procedures, and ethical training in line with best practices in bioethics and sustainability.
