Overview
AVENIO Connect Software is a cloud-based solution designed to simplify routine next-generation sequencing (NGS) testing for laboratories. It supports the AVENIO Tumor Tissue CGP Kit (RUO) by automating the data analysis of workflows as soon as the data is generated from the sequencer. Easy to use and configure, AVENIO Connect fits seamlessly into NGS labs and supports automated workflows.
