Overview
The AXELIOS 1 Core Library Prep Kit supports preparation of DNA and cDNA (from RNA) and accommodates mechanical or enzymatic fragmentation. It uses KAPA enzyme chemistry (including EvoT4 ligase) to maximize molecule conversion and recovery and enables construction of libraries compatible with Xpandomer synthesis and Xpandomer sequencing. The kit includes reagents for enzymatic fragmentation, end repair and A‑tailing, adapter ligation and ligation digestion, and supports a wide range of input concentrations and sample types.
