Overview
The LightCycler® 96 Instrument is a 96-well real-time PCR system designed for rapid cycling of up to 96 samples with high thermal uniformity and fast ramping for reproducible quantitative results. Its optical detection supports sequence-dependent probes and sequence-independent dyes, enabling both singleplex and multiplex assays with up to four fluorescent channels.

Optical and multiplex features

Software highlights
The LightCycler® 96 Application and Instrument Software provides simplified workflows, import/export of data, optional email notifications after runs, online run monitoring and server-based network interfacing for lab integration.
