Overview
Templated design software for rapid and flexible deployment of user-defined workflows on the AVENIO Edge platform. Provides an interface with tunable parameters, allowing workflows to be modified during a run; validated templates are pre-populated with recommended parameters and can be adjusted as needed.

Applications
The AVENIO Edge User-Defined Workflow (UDW) reagent kits support low- and high-throughput NGS library preparation and target enrichment requiring DNA fragmentation, end repair, A-tailing, adapter ligation, library amplification and probe hybridization with a user-defined capture panel, followed by amplification and pooling. Selected workflow steps can be enabled or disabled and each step exposes customizable parameters (time, temperature, PCR cycles, bead wash ratios, etc.). Pre-capture and post-capture pooling options are supported.

• Library construction compatible with a range of sample types and inputs (50 ng to 1 μg)
• Compatible sample types: genomic DNA; DNA from whole blood; DNA extracted using Roche MagNA Pure 96 or MagNA Pure 24
• Final DNA libraries can be pooled at 4 nM
• Sequencer compatibility: Illumina NextSeq, MiSeq, NovaSeq
