Overview
By minimizing the stiffness difference between the tip and the shaft, ASAHI Corsair Pro improves tracking through tortuous vessels and enhances crossing of complex anatomy.

Features

• Tracking ability: Optimized stiffness profile with a more linear increase from tip to shaft compared with Corsair, improving flexibility and trackability in tortuous anatomy.
• Balanced joint design: Gradual transition of stiffness from tip to shaft joint enhances navigation performance.
• Kink resistance at proximal shaft: Spiral Protector increases flexibility of the proximal hub and protects the proximal shaft during advancement or withdrawal.
• Torque, pushability and support: SHINKA-Shaft — proprietary braiding (8 thinner + 2 thicker wires) and tungsten braiding to enhance torque response, pushability and support.
• Rotation limitation: Do not rotate the catheter more than 10 times continuously in the same direction (clockwise or counterclockwise).

• ACT ONE: Multi-wire coil technology with proprietary wire drawing, forming and torque control. ACT ONE balances torque force, torque response, durability and rigidity for high-performance guidewire and microcatheter behavior.
