Precautions when removing the guide wire
d) Release the guide wire from the tail clip and slide the guide wire slowly; push the distal end of the guide wire through the holder tube (B). (Figure 2)

f) Gently grasp the guide wire that emerges from the distal end of the holder tube (or distal end protection tube) as close to the tube as possible and pull the guide wire out slowly and carefully.

Precautions for stent placement
Do not perform stent placement using more than one guide wire or manipulate a second wire through the stent strut. Doing so may damage the stent or cause the guide wire to fracture.
