Description
The Seated Unilateral Row R8201 is designed to develop back musculature with a precise and controlled rowing motion. Its independent iso-lateral arm system allows working each side of the body separately, helping to correct imbalances and promoting more balanced muscle development.
The 360° rotating grips follow the natural rotation of the forearms during the exercise, offering a smoother movement and more effective activation of the latissimus dorsi and mid-back. The pull path has been optimized to fit the shoulder's natural movement, improving comfort during training.
In addition, the machine incorporates wide non-slip foot platforms, an adjustable chest support and an extended seat, allowing users to find a stable and comfortable position to work different back angles in each session.
