Overview

• Available in 1–6 gas control channels with multiple tubing diameters to accommodate different medical gas distribution layouts.
• Piping options: copper tubing or 304 stainless steel with top-in/top-out or left-in/right-out configurations for flexible installation.
• Connections via three-piece stainless steel ball valve or union-type copper ball valve to provide airtight joints and simplify maintenance.
• Pipelines are degreased and cleaned to medical installation standards.
• Each gas line uses ISO32 standard color coding for unambiguous gas identification.
• Operating environment: ambient temperature -20℃ to 60℃; humidity 10%–95%.
• Pressure ratings: Oxygen, medical air (respiratory), N2O, CO2: 0.8 MPa; Nitrogen and power air: 1.2 MPa; Negative pressure: -0.075 MPa.
• Customizable with optional digital or LCD alarm modules, flow meters and other monitoring devices.
