Product description
  • Modular bed head unit formed as an aluminum alloy equipment belt with a three‑chamber internal layout to separate mains (strong), low‑voltage (weak) and medical gas lines.
  • Typical panel dimensions: width ≥ 200 mm (typical 200 mm), height ≥ 60 mm (typical 55 mm); wall thickness ≥ 1.3 / 1.5 mm. Materials and finishes selected for hospital environments.
  • Designed in accordance with the HTM2022 concept of electrical separation; internal segregation reduces risk of electrical interference and supports electrical fire protection.
  • Can accommodate power sockets, bedside lamps, switches, nurse call interfaces and medical gas terminals; configuration is modular and configurable per project requirements.
  • Panel and base use a snap‑fit (buckle) connection for streamlined installation and maintenance.
  • Surface finish options include powder coating, anodizing and wood‑grain decorative finishes; colors and patterns can be customized.
