- BHU-200 is a modular bed head unit in high-grade aluminium alloy, designed for integrated supply of medical gases, power and low-voltage services in hospital wards.
- The profile uses a three-chamber internal layout separating strong electricity, weak electricity and gas pipelines in dedicated slots in accordance with HTM2022 separation concept.
- Multifunctional configuration accepts medical gas terminals, power sockets, nurse call, bedside lamps and switches; components can be specified per project requirements.
- Panel-and-base assemblies use a buckle-type modular connection for fast installation and simplified maintenance.
- Recommended centreline mounting height is 1.4 m above finished floor level to suit typical ward layouts.
- Safety design minimises electric shock risk under normal and single-fault conditions via separation, double or reinforced insulation, or safety extra-low-voltage components where applicable.
- Standard fitted items include 4W LED lighting fixtures, 5-hole power sockets and large rocker switches; flush-mounted options available.
- Surface finishes available: powder coating, anodizing, wood-grain decorative finish; colours and patterns customizable.
