Overview

• Medical gas alarm box designed for central gas distribution systems; configurable with 1 to 6 independent gas control channels.
• Pipeline material selectable: copper tubing or 304 stainless steel tubing; inlet/outlet layout available as top-in/top-out or left-in/right-out to suit installation constraints.
• Pipe connections use three-piece stainless steel ball valves or union-type copper ball valves to ensure airtight joints, ease of maintenance and reduced risk of gas leakage.
• All pipelines receive standard degreasing and cleaning before assembly.
• Each gas path is identified using ISO32 standard color coding for clear and safe identification.
• Operating environment: ambient temperature -20℃ to 60℃; relative humidity 10% to 95%.
• Pressure tolerance: oxygen, respiratory air, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide up to 0.8 MPa; nitrogen and power air up to 1.2 MPa; negative pressure down to -0.075 MPa.
• Customizable with optional digital or LCD alarm displays, flowmeters and other monitoring accessories.
