Labotemp FMU-07 is an ISO- and CE-certified benchtop muffle furnace designed for laboratory and research high-temperature applications up to 1600°C (1500°C continuous). The unit features a polycrystalline mullite fiber chamber, high-temp alumina fiber insulation and a cold-rolled steel outer shell. MoSi2 rod heating delivers fast ramp-up (<40 min) and uniform temperature distribution for processes such as ceramic sintering, crystal growth, metal annealing, ashing and thermal analysis.

Control and safety
The furnace is equipped with a 7" touchscreen programmable PID controller with S-type sensor, 1°C resolution and ±1°C accuracy. It supports multi-segment programming (up to 30 segments), timer (0–9999 min) and modes including constant temperature or segmented programs. Safety features include over-temperature protection, leakage protection, automatic heating cut-off on door opening and sensor alarms.
