Labotemp Asphalt Ignition Furnace LBC-102 is an ignition testing system for rapid, solvent-free determination of asphalt binder content in hot mix asphalt (HMA). Designed for use in asphalt plants, highway laboratories and quality control facilities, it supports AASHTO T308 and ASTM D6307 methods and accommodates both routine and large-scale samples.

High-Capacity Asphalt Testing
  • Accepts standard sample ranges of 1,200–1,800 g and supports samples up to 5,000 g for high-capacity testing.

Precision Weight Monitoring
  • Integrated high-accuracy electronic balance continuously monitors sample mass during the ignition cycle and automatically calculates binder content with ±0.11% accuracy.
