Description

Product overview
Labotemp Muffle Furnace FMU-19 is an electric laboratory muffle furnace engineered for precise thermal processing, material testing and analytical heating in research labs, universities and industrial quality control facilities. The unit features a 12 L ceramic-fiber chamber, a programmable micro-computer controller (SX3) with ±1°C accuracy, K-type sensor and an operating range of 100°C to 1200°C suitable for ashing, sintering, heat treatment and elemental analysis.

Key benefits
  • High-temperature capability up to 1200°C for sintering, calcination and advanced material testing.
  • Accurate temperature management with microprocessor control and high-precision K-type sensor (±1°C).
  • Thermal efficiency via ceramic-fiber insulation and a double-layer structure to minimize heat loss.

Features
  • Uniform heat control with three-side alloy wire heating (left, right, top).
  • Ceramic fiber chamber for superior insulation and energy efficiency.
  • Microprocessor temperature controller with 1°C resolution and dual display (actual & set temperature).
  • Rapid heating system reaching maximum temperature within ≤ 30 minutes.
  • Safety systems: over-temperature alarm, door safety lock and thermocouple protection.
  • Electrostatic coated cold-rolled steel exterior for corrosion resistance.
  • Optional upgrades: USB interface, air inlet, 5.0-inch true color screen and programmable controller with data storage.

Applications
  • Material heat treatment: annealing, sintering and heat treatment of metals, ceramics and composites.
  • Ash content analysis for food, polymers, rubber and petroleum products.
  • Chemical and elemental analysis: sample preparation and thermal decomposition.
  • Ceramic and glass testing including firing and thermal stability assessments.
  • Research and quality control in universities, institutes and industrial laboratories.

Optional Accessories
  • Air inlet
  • USB interface
  • 5.0-inch true color screen
  • Programmable controller with USB data storage
