Description

Product Overview
Labotemp Controlled Atmosphere Muffle Furnace FMU-15 is a compact high-temperature laboratory muffle furnace for precise thermal processing up to 1200 °C. The integrated box design uses three-sided resistance heating and PID temperature regulation to deliver uniform chamber temperature with ±1 °C accuracy. A vacuum-sealed chamber and built-in inert gas feed allow controlled introduction of N2, Ar, O2, CO and other gases for atmosphere-sensitive processes. High-purity multi-crystalline ceramic fiber insulation and a robust steel outer shell ensure low heat loss, energy efficiency and long-term operational stability for routine R&D and laboratory use.

Applications
  • Ceramic and powder sintering
  • Calcination and annealing
  • Treatment of carbon materials
  • Lithium‑ion battery material research
  • Heat treatment and stress-relief of metals and ceramics
  • Ashing, thermal analysis and controlled-atmosphere material testing

Why choose FMU-15
The FMU-15 is designed for universities, research institutes and industrial laboratories requiring precise temperature control, flexible atmosphere management and comprehensive safety protections. Its compact footprint and reproducible performance make it suitable for routine lab workflows and R&D experiments.

Features
  • Compact integrated box design
  • Uniform three-sided (left, right, top) resistance heating for stable temperature distribution
  • Programmable PID temperature control with automatic heating/cooling cycles (±1 °C accuracy)
