Product OverviewLabotemp Controlled Atmosphere Furnace FMU-18 is a high-capacity laboratory muffle furnace designed for reliable high-temperature processing up to 1200 °C. The rectangular chamber features three-sided resistance heating and PID temperature control for stable ramps and ±1 °C accuracy. A vacuum-sealable chamber with dedicated inert gas ports supports nitrogen, argon, oxygen and other non-reactive gases. Multi-layer ceramic fiber insulation and a rigid steel enclosure minimize heat loss and enable energy-efficient continuous operation. The unit is suitable for research, material testing and pilot processing including ceramic and powder sintering, calcination, annealing, carbon treatment and lithium battery material processing.
