Labotemp Muffle Furnace FMU-10 is an ISO- and CE-certified electric muffle furnace for high-temperature laboratory and industrial processes up to 1600°C (1500°C continuous). The 36 L polycrystalline mullite fiber chamber, alumina-fiber insulation and cold-rolled steel outer shell reduce heat loss and extend service life. A 15 kW MoSi₂ rod heating system enables fast ramp-up (<40 min) and good temperature uniformity. Control is via a 7" touchscreen programmable PID controller with S-type sensor (1°C resolution, ±1°C accuracy), programmable cycles and real-time curve display suitable for repeatable processes.
