Description

Introduction
The isolator is installed inside a laboratory without altering the existing room structure. It is L-shaped with the right-angle side length < 240 cm, overall depth < 105 cm, and designed for a room height of 240 cm. The unit is equipped to accommodate 1 rotary evaporator, 2 electronic evaporators and 1 capping machine. A sinking freeze-dryer chamber and freeze-dryer manifold interface are reserved within the isolator; the freeze dryer connects to the chamber and manifold via a wired hose.

Intended for laboratory freeze-drying, weighing and dispensing operations. Typical processes include precise weighing, dispensing, sampling, solution preparation, analysis, moisture titration, infrared scanning, centrifugation, filtration, drying, mixing, milling, granulation and tablet compression—processes related to APIs and solid dosage forms.
