Product overviewThe Tailin containment isolator is engineered to prevent spillage and airborne dispersion of light powder reagents and medicines during weighing and dispensing operations. It provides high-level containment to avoid cross-contamination between powders and reagents and to protect operators when handling highly potent and toxic compounds (HPAPI). The unit maintains negative pressure within the work chamber via a high-pressure exhaust system and turbulent airflow management, ensuring separation between internal and external environments.
Key features- Fully explosion-proof design compliant with EXd II BT4 requirements.
- Dispensing range from 1 g up to 11,000 g, packaged in 1–30 bags.
- Meets OEB5 containment level; third-party tested with OEL < 0.05 μg/m³.
Additional equipment / options- H14 push-push HEPA filtration
- Continuous liner system for safe product transfer
- Explosion-proof LED lighting, sockets, blower and computer
