Description

Introduction
The Tailin Containment Isolator is designed to protect operators during weighing, dispensing, drying, pressing and filling of highly potent or toxic materials. It is suitable for pharmaceutical production and development, cosmetic formulation, bioproduct research and physico-chemical laboratory studies. The system uses a high‑pressure exhaust fan to create turbulent airflow and maintain a controlled negative pressure inside the work zone, preventing cross‑contamination and protecting personnel and the environment.

  • Integrated moisture titrator and moisture balance for accurate titration workflows.
  • H14 push‑push HEPA final filtration (indicated/optional).
  • Continuous liner system for safe transfer and containment of waste and samples (indicated).
  • Siemens touchscreen HMI for process control, logging and traceability (indicated).
  • Interior in 316L stainless steel with smooth, cleanable surfaces to reduce particle retention.
