Sterility testing pump HTY-APL01

HTY-APL01/02 is a new generation sterility test pump, which has many new functions such as tube straight installation, automatically tube clamping and pressure safety protection etc. It could combine with the Steritailin® sterility test kits to constitute sterility test system，or with FC series membrane filiters to constitute microbial enumeration test system. Under the positive pressure generated by the peristaltic pump, the sample is transferred into the canisters. The microorganism will be trapped by the membrane in the canisters, then flush the membrane (if necessary) to remove the antibacterial component. For sterility test pumping culture medium into the canisters at last. Incubate the canisters to check whether the sample contains microorganism. For microbial enumeration test remove the membrane to agar plate then culture and count the colonies.
