Description

• The PC 3004 VARIO select EKP pumping unit precisely regulates vacuum via the VARIO speed control to deliver stable process control for evaporation and distillation tasks.
• The integrated VACUU·SELECT controller offers a graphical, application‑based interface with predefined processes, drag‑and‑drop editing and continuous boiling point detection to automatically adjust vacuum during solvent evaporation.
• The VARIO control algorithm maintains the set vacuum without unnecessarily increasing motor speed, preventing bumping and foaming while reducing noise and extending maintenance intervals.
• An inlet glass separator with protective coating retains particles and liquid droplets to protect the pump and extend service life.
• The Peltronic emissions condenser achieves high solvent recovery without the need for an external coolant or dry ice supply.
