Description

Overview
  • VACUU·SELECT vacuum controller with graphical user interface for application-based process control
  • Predefined applications and an editor for custom sequences
  • Designed for laboratory vacuum tasks including most high‑boiling solvents
  • Simultaneous operation of two independent vacuum applications with electronic control

Product summary
This chemical vacuum pumping unit provides a compact, ready‑to‑use solution for operating two independent vacuum processes from a single pump. The unit is built on the MD 4C NT three‑stage chemical diaphragm pump and is suitable for applications involving high‑boiling solvents. Each vacuum port includes an electrically actuated solenoid valve for precise electronic vacuum control and a check valve to prevent cross contamination. The integrated VACUU·SELECT controller offers an application‑based GUI with predefined processes, manual set‑point control, an application editor and the ability to run two vacuum sequences independently. The glass inlet separator with protective coating retains particles and droplets. An exhaust vapor condenser enables near‑complete solvent recovery when connected to a chilled water line or recirculating chiller. The unit is supplied fully assembled and ready for use.
