Description
Three-stage chemical-design diaphragm pump for continuous oil-free evacuation of corrosive gases and vapours. The three-stage layout combines high pumping speed with a deep ultimate vacuum in a compact footprint. All wetted parts are manufactured from chemically resistant fluoroplastics. PTFE sandwich diaphragms increase reliability and extend service life. The MD 1C with gas ballast valve is optimised for pumping easily condensable vapours (high-boiling solvents).
