Description

Overview
  • Chemical‑resistant design with high vapor tolerance
  • High performance close to the ultimate vacuum
  • Good ultimate vacuum with gas ballast
  • Low noise and very low vibration
  • Efficient solvent recovery for reduced emissions

Short description
This chemistry vacuum system is designed for evacuation, evaporation and pumping of gases and vapors in laboratory and process settings. It is suitable for applications with high‑boiling solvents and often replaces rotary vane pumps. Typical uses include rotary evaporators, vacuum drying ovens and vacuum concentrators. The inlet separator (AK) is glass with a protective coating to retain particles and liquid droplets. The outlet waste vapor condenser (EK) is compact and enables near‑100% solvent recovery to support recycling and environmental protection. The pump uses an oil‑free diaphragm design for chemical compatibility and low maintenance.
