Description
The PC 611 select is a chemistry vacuum pumping unit based on the MD 4C NT three‑stage diaphragm pump. It is engineered to support evaporation processes involving high‑boiling solvents and to operate two demanding applications in parallel using a single pump. One vacuum port is controlled electronically via the integrated VACUU·SELECT controller and a solenoid valve; the second port is controlled manually via a diaphragm flow control valve. Both ports include integrated check valves to prevent cross‑contamination and mutual interference. The glass inlet separator with a robust protective coating prevents particles and liquid droplets from entering the pump and extends service life. When connected to a chilled water line or a recirculating chiller, the exhaust vapor condenser enables near‑complete solvent recovery, supporting solvent recycling and environmental protection.
