Product Details
The PC 600-series chemistry pumping units are engineered for electronically controlled evaporation and drying processes involving high‑boiling solvents. The unit uses the MD 4C NT three‑stage chemical diaphragm pump as the core and integrates the VACUU·SELECT controller providing manual set-point control, predefined vacuum programs and a customizable application editor. During solvent evaporation the controller continuously monitors pressure and switches to two‑point control when boiling is detected. The inlet separator (glass with protective coating) retains particles and liquid droplets. The exhaust vapor condenser enables near‑complete solvent recovery for economical recycling and reduced emissions.
