Product details
The PC 3001 VARIO select pumping unit precisely controls vacuum by adjusting pump motor speed to maintain process conditions. Integrated VACUU·SELECT provides an application-based graphical interface with predefined programs for common lab tasks, manual set-point control and drag-and-drop custom applications. During solvent evaporation the controller detects boiling and automatically adapts motor speed to stabilise the process. VARIO speed control reduces noise and wear, extending maintenance intervals. The chemically resistant inlet separator (glass with protective coating) retains particles and liquid droplets to protect the pump. The compact exhaust vapor condenser enables near-complete solvent recovery when connected to chilled water or a recirculating chiller. The unit is suitable for high-boiling solvents and offers flexible installation due to its small footprint and low weight.
