Introduction
The BIOBASE BK-LW series washer-disinfector provides automated washing, thermal disinfection and HEPA drying for laboratory and medical glassware. Designed for traceable processing of trays, bottles, pipettes and hollowware, it reduces manual handling and supports compliance with clinical decontamination workflows.

• Double tempered glass doors to limit cross-contamination and allow process observation.
• 7" color LCD touch screen with programmable control: 12 preset programs and up to 100 PLC custom programs; 3-level password protection.
• High-efficiency cleaning with rotary nozzles above, below and between racks to ensure full spray coverage.
• Thermal disinfection capability: water heating system maintains temperatures ≥93°C to meet international disinfection requirements.
• HEPA-filtered drying system capable of drying internal surfaces of tubular items.
• Two independent peristaltic pumps for detergent and neutralizer dosing; liquid-level sensor and integrated printer/USB for traceability.
