Product Overview
The virotype Mix +IC(JOE)-RNA is a specialized RT-qPCR master mix designed for the real-time amplification of viral RNA and an internal RNA control. It contains synthetically derived nucleic acids and is suitable for multiplex real-time RT-PCR detection of one or more nucleic acid targets, as well as a heterologous Internal Control using dual-labeled probes.

Functionality
The Internal Control RNA is already included in the virotype Mix +IC(JOE)-RNA, ensuring positive signals in No Template Control (NTC) reactions. If the Internal Control signal is missing in a sample reaction, this may indicate the presence of inhibitors or other issues with the sample.
