Product OverviewAnti-HA binds specifically to HA-tagged fusion proteins in animal, plant or microbial lysates, serum, ascites and other samples. Under a magnetic field (magnetic racks or other magnetic separation devices) it enables rapid immunoprecipitation (IP), co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) and purification of HA-tagged proteins and protein complexes.
Features- High binding capacity: only 10–20 µL beads required per experiment.
- Low background and minimal bead non-specific binding.
- High specificity and affinity for HA-tagged proteins, reducing cross-reactivity in complex samples.
- Superparamagnetic beads enable fast, gentle magnetic separation without centrifugation, preserving complex integrity.
- Compatible with animal, plant and microbial lysates, as well as serum and ascites.
- Strict quality control ensures reproducible performance across batches.
- Storage at 2–8°C, 1-year shelf life for easy handling.
BackgroundHA-tag (hemagglutinin tag) is a small (≈1.1 kDa) epitope tag widely used in molecular biology and biochemistry. Mag Anti-HA combines anti-HA antibody specificity with superparamagnetic beads to provide rapid, efficient and high-purity isolation of HA-tagged proteins and their complexes, overcoming limitations of agarose-based IP such as long incubations, lower binding efficiency and centrifugation steps.
Applications- Immunoprecipitation (IP)
- Co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP)
- Protein purification
- Compatible sample types: animal, plant and microbial lysates; serum and ascites
Related products- Magnetic beads for other epitope tags (His, Flag, Myc, V5)
- Complementary reagents: lysis, wash and elution buffers
- Detection reagents and kits for interaction mapping and quantitative proteomics
