DescriptionMagnetic Protein A/G beads employ nanosurface technology to densely present Protein A/G on superparamagnetic microspheres. The high surface density increases antibody binding sites, reducing the volume of beads required per assay and minimizing non-specific binding. Typical binding capacity exceeds 300 μg Human IgG per mL of beads. Rapid adsorption kinetics enable antibody binding in ~15 minutes and antigen capture within ~30 minutes, shortening operation time and preserving target protein activity and complex integrity.
