Description The Protein A/G antibody purification magnetic beads series use nano-surface technology to immobilize Protein A/G on superparamagnetic microspheres in a high-density orientation. Compared with comparable immunomagnetic beads, this product provides higher antibody binding capacity, reduced non-specific protein adsorption, more uniform elution conditions and enables one-step purification of antibodies from serum with purity >90%. The nano-sized magnetic microspheres have a large specific surface area, shortening adsorption time: with trained handling, adsorption can be achieved within ~10 minutes and complete purification within ~30 minutes. The kit includes optimized pre-made buffers to provide controlled reaction conditions and improve reproducibility of purification.
