Overview / Principle
The kit isolates untouched mouse neutrophils by negative immunomagnetic selection. A biotin‑antibody cocktail labels non‑neutrophil cells (lymphocytes, monocytes, erythroid cells) which are then depleted using anti‑biotin magnetic beads, yielding neutrophils free of antibody or bead labeling for downstream functional assays.
