Product Name Mag Heparin
Short Description The Mag Heparin series are heparin-coated magnetic beads designed for rapid magnetic separation and one-step purification of heparin-binding biomolecules. Surface-bound heparin presents dense negatively charged sulfate groups to enable strong, pH-dependent binding to positively charged proteins, growth factors and antithrombin (AT III). The beads provide fast magnetic responsiveness and stable physicochemical properties, enabling efficient plasma-based purification without column chromatography or complex pretreatment.
Features - High density of heparin binding sites for enhanced specific capture of ligands
- Rapid magnetic response to shorten processing times
- Good dispersibility and resuspension for convenient handling
- Stable ligand chemistry for reliable reproducibility
Packaging / Quantities Applications Suitable for isolation and purification of heparin-binding biomolecules including anticoagulant factor III, coagulation factors, interferons, nucleic acid-binding proteins, lipoproteins, protein synthesis factors, restriction endonucleases, thrombin and thrombin-like enzymes. Compatible with plasma sample workflows and magnetic separation protocols.
