Description
Cell Free DNA Tubes contain a proprietary blood protection reagent preloaded in vacuum collection tubes. The reagent prevents coagulation and hemolysis, inhibits nuclease activity, preserves cell surface antigens and morphology, and stabilizes blood components for reliable downstream nucleic acid analysis.

Storage
Store at room temperature.

Applications
These tubes are designed for the preservation, transport and downstream analysis of cell-free DNA from human blood samples. After mixing, samples remain stable at 6–37 °C for up to 14 days, supporting short-term storage and transport prior to processing. Suitable for preservation and extraction of microbial blood DNA, plasma circulating DNA, and circulating nucleated cells.
