Description: Magnetic beads (5 µm diameter) covalently coated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies for rapid activation and expansion of human T cells without feeder cells or antigen. Beads are super-paramagnetic and can be separated using a magnetic rack. Recombinant human IL-2 may be added to enhance expansion.
Storage: Store at 2-8°C, do not freeze.
Concentration: 1 x 10^8 beads/mL
Applications: For use with PBMCs or isolated T cell subsets (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+).
