Overview
Unity™ HiTemp syringe barrels are 30cc disposable barrels engineered for hot melt adhesive dispensing at elevated temperatures. Designed for compatibility with Unity dispensing systems and standard industry hot melt dispensers, they deliver reliable, repeatable flow control while reducing downtime and maintenance requirements.

Types of Unity Syringe Barrels

• Opaque Extreme HiTemp Barrels: withstand up to 180° C (356° F) at pressures up to 100 psi (7 bar); suitable for polyamides and other high-temperature hot melt materials.
• Clear HiTemp Barrels: withstand up to 125° C (257° F) at pressures up to 87 psi (6 bar); suitable for all hot melt adhesives including moisture-sensitive polyurethanes (PURs) and silyl-modified polymers (SMPs).
• Accessories and options: Extreme HiTemp tip cap available for applications above 125° C; barrels accept metal dispense tips, adapters and end caps; stemmed tip caps minimize curing with moisture-sensitive PURs.
