Overview
The xQR41 MicroDot needle valve is designed for precision fluid dispensing in automated assembly. Its 60% smaller form factor enables dispensing in confined spaces and at complex angles. The patented QR (Quick Release) clasp enables removal of the fluid body to replace wetted parts in seconds without removing the mounting fixture or using tools. The exchangeable modular design supports PEEK wetted parts, BackPack™ Valve Actuator, mounting block and a 90° low‑profile air‑inlet actuator, allowing configuration for a wide range of dispense applications.
