Overview
The MXI Ruby XL is an X-ray inspection system designed for very large sample sizes and high-mass assemblies, suited to oversized PCB and large-format semiconductor panel inspection. The system supports advanced 2D and 3D inspection workflows with isocentric manipulation and full 360° rotation around a point of interest.

• Inspection area up to 840 x 615 mm (33" x 24.2") suitable for large PCBs and panel-level packaging
• 70° oblique views with extended coverage (approx. 762 x 610 mm / 30" x 24")
• Optional high-resolution Onyx detector (feature resolution down to 1.0 µm, JIMA) and Aspire detector option
• NT 100 sealed transmissive X-ray source (maintenance free)
