OverviewThe HP Zero 500 HC Tower Nitrogen Generator produces nitrogen by combining high-efficiency filtration and pressure swing adsorption (PSA). Compressed air is first treated by coalescing filters and can pass through an optional heated catalyst module to reduce hydrocarbons to <0.1 ppm for ultra-sensitive applications. Air flows through two columns packed with a proprietary carbon molecular sieve (CMS) that adsorbs O2, CO2 and moisture; the PSA cycle desorbs these to atmosphere to supply ultra-pure nitrogen. Guaranteed flow: 500 mL/min.
