Description
The HP Plus 500 Rack Nitrogen Generator produces high‑purity nitrogen on‑site using staged filtration and pressure swing adsorption (PSA). Standard compressed air is treated with high‑efficiency coalescing filters; 19" rack units for ultra‑sensitive analysers include an optional heated catalyst module to reduce hydrocarbons to <0.1 ppm. Dual CMS columns adsorb O2, CO2 and moisture and are regenerated during the PSA cycle to deliver a continuous supply of ultra‑pure nitrogen suitable for analytical applications.
