Human growth hormone (HGH) is a natural hormone your pituitary gland releases that promotes growth in children, helps maintain normal body structure in adults and plays a role in metabolism in both children and adults.
[INTENDED USE [
The kit has been designed for the quantitative determination of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) in human serum.
The method can be used for samples over the range of 0.02-50.00 ng/mL
High and low value calibrators: 1 bottle each, respectively added with different amounts of hGH antigen containing 0.5% BSA, 0.05% proclin300 Tris buffer (0.15M, PH7.5), the two calibrators hGH antigen concentrations were 24ng /mL, 3ng/mL;
hGH anti-reagent: 1 vial, fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-labeled mouse monoclonal anti-hGH antibody (0.5 µg/mL), alkaline phosphatase (AP)-labeled mouse monoclonal anti-hGH antibody (0.5 µg/mL) µg/mL), Tris buffer (0.15M, pH 8.0) containing 0.5% BSA;
Magnetic particle reagent: 1 bottle, magnetic particle and goat anti-FITC antibody conjugate (1mg/mL), PB buffer containing 0.5% BSA (0.2M, PH8.0);
Quality control material: 1 bottle each for high and low points, respectively adding different amounts of hGH antigen containing 0.5% BSA, 0.05% proclin300 Tris buffer (0.15M, PH7.5), two quality control materials hGH antigen concentration 24ng/mL and 1ng/mL respectively.
